Gnome Shanarock met Weddumlir Aleshield the Dwarf Fighter, Davroar Hollysword the Elf Cleric of Moriarty, Nathan Garney the Human Cleric of Everly, Meldor Ironforge the Dwarf Wizard, Acindor the Human Fighter and Thril Wolfsbane the Elf Fighter at the ROSE COLISEUM in FARRAGO. He was hired to help them in their quest to steal Obscurus‘ unpublished spell to create lesser abominations and accompanied them to PEACOCK ISLAND. There, he spotted a cloaked figure with glowing green eyes who was marked with the essence of the Nylbolgia. The figure retreated when they spotted it. He decided to leave the group and track the figure down.
The figure ended up cornering him, stealing both his money and his dagger! Identifying herself as a former member of the Sisterhood of Shettebrek, she warned him to stay out of her way.
Seeing someone parachuting down out of the heavens, he stumbled upon Sionna the Simic Hybrid Bard, who was already talking to Kaid the Goliath Barbarian, Kudac the Half-Orc Cleric of Baldnoggin, and David the Half-Elf Wizard. After Kaid forced him to be their spokesman to the only living soul in the DOCKYARDS besides them, they arranged for travel up the mountain as servants on Nobody‘s advice. Arriving at their destination, they were almost immediately joined by Acindor’s group.
Shanarock was among those who were separated from the party when a tribe of kobolds attacked shortly thereafter.
